Dawn Riley, one of the best-known sailors in the world and a Dual Hall of Fame-er will join us and to share sea stories of her 2 Round the World Races and 4 Americas Cup Campaign.  

A past president of the Woman’s Sports Foundation, Dawn is a much sought-after motivational speaker. She is currently the Executive Director of Oakcliff Sailing, the worlds premiere training and coaching center, located in Oyster Bay New York is building American Leaders Through Sailing.  Oakcliff which trains nearly 100 teenagers and young adults is also a fertile ground for entertaining sea stories.

Dawn was recently being inducted into both the National Sailing Hall of Fame and the International America’s Cup Hall of Fame, becoming the youngest person and first woman ever to achieve

This event will be offered both in-person at Savin Hill Yacht Club and virtually on Zoom. (Please choose one when you register.) 

 In-person attendees: Doors open at 6:30 pm. Please proceed to 2nd floor. Attendees may optionally bring a snack to share. There will be a cash bar.
