Trans-Atlantic Crossing 2015 May, Emily Morgan

Call for Crew: Depart: May 7, 2015
Antigua – Azores (2600 miles, 15-17 days) and Azores – UK (1250 miles, 8-10 days)

Pelagic members sailed St. Lucia and the Grenadines this year on a FULLY CREWED yacht; and its unanimous, we loved it!

Things we didn’t have to do, not once
1. Shop for food
2. Cook
3. Dishes
4. Clear in or out of customs between Islands

Instead we
1. Sailed Emily Morgan, the well appointed 57′ Bowman. We took the helm, managed the sails and anchored her. Bones and Anna stood by to assist as needed.
2. Explored the Islands, including waterfalls, volcanos, and rainforests
3. Snorkeled the reefs
4. Enjoyed the company of each other and our remarkable crew, Bones and his lovely wife (the captain) Anna. They’re extensive knowledge of sailing was interspersed with infectious humor.
